The sales prices indicated on the Portal are shown in euros. The prices of our products are shown with the corresponding 21% VAT.
Fantasy Nails is not responsible for any possible error or inaccuracy in the conversion system used, or for any difference that may occur between the estimated total amount of your order in the currency of the country of dispatch and the billing amount in euros.
Fantasy Nails reserves the right to change the prices of its products whenever it deems necessary. However, we undertake to apply the current rates indicated on the Portal at the time of placing your order.

Likewise, your credit card details are not recorded in any database but go directly to the Bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal).
In addition, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card holders, we have incorporated the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) into our payment gateway. In this way, if you are the holder of a "secured" card, you can always make payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD in our store.
In the event that your card is not affiliated with this payment system, Fantasy Nails will only accept payment by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card from customers with proven seniority and reliability.
In both cases, when paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and Fantasy Nails will prosecute anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store.
SCALAPAY:
If you purchase with Scalapay, you will receive your order and pay in 3 instalments. You confirm that the instalments will be sold to and purchased by Retail Instalments SPV 1 Limited, from the related parties and their beneficiaries and you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably authorise and consent to this sale and purchase.
SHIPPING CONDITIONS:
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. For purchases over €80 (VAT included) to the mainland and the Balearic Islands, shipping costs will be borne by Fantasy Nails Europe SL (Free shipping is not available for other destinations).
For the purposes of any possible claims, you must indicate on the carrier's delivery note any incident that may exist in the condition of the merchandise or the packaging upon receipt of your order. Fantasy Nails Europe SL is not responsible for any damage to the merchandise that may occur during transport. In any case, any claim must be communicated within a maximum period of 24 hours. Otherwise, it will be understood that the product has been accepted as compliant.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Peninsula: The shipping cost within the peninsula is €5.99 (VAT included). For purchases over €80 VAT included (or other amount indicated in a specific promotion) shipping is the responsibility of Fantasy Nails Europe SL
Balearic Islands: The cost of shipping to the Balearic Islands is €12.90 (VAT included). For purchases over €80 VAT included (or other amount indicated in a specific promotion) shipping is the responsibility of Fantasy Nails Europe SL
Canary Islands*: Shipping costs to the Canary Islands are €20.
*(Please note and accept that for shipments to the Canary Islands, the parcel service may charge you an additional amount for customs clearance costs. The recipient of shipments made to the Canary Islands must cover customs management costs and/or any other import taxes).
Rest of Europe (including Ceuta and Melilla)**: Shipping costs depend on the destination country. The system will charge the corresponding amount. (Check prices if you wish).

AVAILABILITY:
Please note that orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock. If one of the ordered items is not in stock, we undertake to send you an email to inform you of the time within which we will be able to send your product(s).
RETURNS:
In the event of a return, the customer is obliged to communicate within a period of no more than 48 hours (after receiving the order) his intention to return the goods. We will only accept returns provided that the products have not been opened, are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the merchandise as well as the costs of a new shipment in the event of a replacement.
