Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason.

How to request a return

Email us at info@fantasynails.es before the period ends, with your order number and the products you want to return. You can also use the withdrawal form at the end of this page. We will confirm receipt and send you the return address.

Conditions

• Products must be sent back within 14 days of telling us your decision, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
• For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds

We will refund the returned products, including the standard shipping cost of the original order, within 14 days of receiving your request. We may wait until we receive the products before refunding. Refunds are made to the payment method you used.

Faulty or incorrect products

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, email us at info@fantasynails.es with photos. We will replace it or refund you, and cover all costs. Our products carry the three-year legal guarantee of conformity.
