Shipping & Returns Policy

Orders placed on a working day before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day. In all other cases, orders are shipped on the next working day.

Once the order is shipped, the transit and delivery time is:

1 to 2 working days for shipments to Mainland Spain
3 to 4 working days for shipments to the Balearic Islands
7 to 9 working days for shipments to the Canary Islands (this time may increase due to customs processing)
3 to 5 working days for shipments to a European country other than Spain.
(Saturdays and Sundays are not considered working days for order preparation or deliveries)

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. For purchases over €80 VAT included (or another amount valid in a current promotion) with destination to mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, shipping costs will be covered by Fantasy Nails Europe S.L. Free shipping is not available for other destinations.

For potential claims, any incident regarding the condition of the goods or packaging must be noted on the delivery slip provided by the carrier upon receipt of your order. Fantasy Nails Europe S.L. is not responsible for damage to goods that may occur during transport. In any case, all claims must be made within a maximum of 24 hours. Otherwise, it will be understood that the order has been received in good condition.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Mainland Spain: The shipping cost within mainland Spain is €5.99 (VAT included). For purchases over €80 VAT included (or another amount stated in a current promotion), shipping is covered by Fantasy Nails Europe S.L.

Balearic Islands: The shipping cost to the Balearic Islands is €12.90 (VAT included). For purchases over €80 VAT included (or another amount stated in a current promotion), shipping is covered by Fantasy Nails Europe S.L.

Canary Islands*: The shipping cost to the Canary Islands is €20.

*(Please note and accept that for shipments to the Canary Islands, the courier service may charge an additional amount for customs clearance fees. The recipient of shipments to the Canary Islands must cover the customs handling fees and/or any other import taxes.)

Rest of Europe (including Ceuta and Melilla)**: The shipping cost depends on the destination country. The system will charge the corresponding amount. (Check rates if needed.)

AVAILABILITY:
Orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock. If one of the ordered items is out of stock, we commit to contacting the customer to inform them of the time frame in which we can ship their product(s).

RETURNS:
In the event of a return, the customer must notify us of their intention to return the merchandise within 48 hours after receiving the order. We will only accept returns provided that the products have not been opened, are in perfect condition, and are in their original packaging.

The customer will bear the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs of any replacement product.
