Who we are

These terms govern purchases made on www.fantasynails.es from FANTASY NAILS EUROPE, S.L. (Tax ID B93210094), Calle Pasaje Graham Bell, 10, Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía, 29590 Málaga, Spain. You can reach us on +34 952 42 59 22 or at info@fantasynails.es.

We sell to professionals and private customers. Our products are formulated for professional use, so we recommend they are applied by trained professionals and always according to each product's instructions.

Orders

You can order in our online store or by phone on +34 952 42 59 22. After your purchase you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. The contract is concluded in Spanish or English, depending on the language you shop in.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros. For deliveries to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands they include the applicable VAT (21%). For other destinations, the applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. We always apply the price in force at the time of purchase.

Payment methods

  • Credit or debit card, Bizum, Google Pay and the other methods shown at checkout.
  • PayPal.
  • Klarna and Scalapay, to pay in instalments under their own terms.
  • Bank transfer: we ship your order once payment is received.
  • Cash on delivery, in Spain, with the surcharge shown at checkout.

All payments are processed in a secure, encrypted environment. Fantasy Nails does not store your full card details.

Shipping

Withdrawal, returns and guarantee

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase, under the conditions in our refund policy. All our products also carry the three-year legal guarantee of conformity.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions have no commitment and you can manage them at any time. Changes and cancellations are explained in our cancellation policy.

Online education

When you buy an online program, you receive personal, non-transferable access to the Fantasy Nails Education platform by email. Access lasts for as long as the program is offered, including any occasional updates. When you complete 100% of the program, you receive your Diploma of Completion.

Access is immediate: before adding a program to your cart, you confirm that you want to start straight away and, as this is digital content with immediate access, the 14-day withdrawal period does not apply. Program content is for your personal use and may not be shared, copied or distributed.

COLORTECH™ PRO In-Person Certification

The COLORTECH™ PRO In-Person Certification takes place at Fantasy Nails in Málaga, and admission is by application. Only approved applicants can book a seat. Travel and accommodation are not included. Change and cancellation terms are explained in our cancellation policy.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence, and the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction.
