Shipping policy

Order preparation

Orders placed on a working day before 1 pm (Spanish time) ship the same day. All other orders ship the next working day. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days for preparation or delivery.

Delivery times

• Mainland Spain: 1 to 2 working days.
• Balearic Islands: 3 to 4 working days.
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 7 to 9 working days, which may be extended by customs procedures.
• Rest of the European Union: 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping rates

• Mainland Spain: €5.99. Free shipping on orders from €80.
• Balearic Islands: €12.90. Free shipping on orders from €80.
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €30 on orders up to €149.99, €39.90 from €150 to €249.99 and €49.80 from €250. Includes the customs declaration (DUA). As the recipient, you agree to cover any customs handling fees and import taxes.
• Rest of the European Union: €40.

All amounts include VAT. Cash on delivery, available in Spain, carries a surcharge based on the order value, shown at checkout.

Subscriptions

Subscription deliveries ship free from €80. Below that, shipping is €5.99 per delivery.

Finland and Sweden

In Finland and Sweden, our products are sold through our official distributor, Fantasy Nails Scandinavia, at fantasynails.fi. Our online education programs are available in every country.

Digital products

Online education programs require no shipping: your access arrives by email right after your purchase.

Availability

Orders ship subject to available stock. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you with the expected shipping date or alternatives.

Receiving your order

When your order arrives, check the condition of the parcel. If you notice any damage, note it on the carrier's delivery slip and email us at info@fantasynails.es within 48 hours, with photos, so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. This does not limit your legal rights as a consumer.
