Payment Methods and User Accounts

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account will allow you to save your details, track orders, and enjoy a faster checkout process in the future.

I'm already a customer, why can't I access my account?

As you can see, we've changed our website, and therefore, you need to create your account again.

You can use any email and password, but if you want access to your past orders to view them online, you must create your account using the same email you used on the old website.

In any case, your new account will allow you to track and manage your future orders without any issues, as well as give you access to the FANTASY CLUB points and rewards program.
