STEP 1
Apply a base
Remove surface shine and dead skin from the cuticle. Clean with Nail Prep to degrease and apply Fantasy Bond to the entire nail (or just the free edge if applying Base & Top).
Then apply a thin layer of foundation. We recommend using Base & Top , Base & Build, X-tend, or Fortify with fiber.

Step 2
Apply color and cure
All Gel Lacquer permanent nail polishes require a full cure time. Removing them from the lamp before the full cure time has elapsed can cause wrinkles and lifting.

Step 3
Apply another coat of color and cure
You can modulate the opacity of the color by applying (and curing) as many layers as you like.
Some pigments in permanent nail polish shrink more than others when cured in the lamp. Always apply them in thin layers to prevent excessive shrinkage.

step 4
APPLY A TOP
If you're using Base & Top or French Protector Top to finish your nails, you'll want to clean the dispersion layer with Fantasy Cleanser . For an even shinier finish with Base & Top, use Diamond Shine Cleanser .
REMOVAL OF PERMANENT ENAMEL
-
1. Remove shine with a file or polisher
Show me the filesWhen you remove the gloss, the surface becomes porous and the remover can penetrate more easily to dissolve the permanent polish.
-
2. Place cotton with Soak Off on the nail
EliminatorsOnce applied to the nail, wrap the finger in aluminum foil and let it sit for 15 minutes.
-
3. Remove any residue with a cuticle remover
ToolsGently remove any residue that remains stuck to the natural nail. If you're immediately applying another permanent polish, don't apply any cuticle moisturizer.
