The Universal gels are monophasic gels with a superior adherence. They are self-leveling, and require less filing. They are long lasting gels and do not turn yellow. Cure with UV or LED. INSTRUCTIONS: Use Fantasy Bond for the preparation. Clean the residue with Fantasy Cleanser. Finish with any top gels. Remove with filing.
