SHIPPING CONDITIONS:
Orders placed before 13:00h of a working day will be shipped in the same day. In any other case, orders will be shipped on the next working day.
Once the order has been shipped, transit and delivery may take:
- 1 to 2 working days on shippings to Peninsula (Spain)
- 2 to 3 working days on shippings to Islas Baleares
- 7 to 9 working days on shippings to Canary Islands (the time may be increased for Customs clearance)
- 3 to 5 working days for shippings to european contries outside Spain.
(Saturday and Sunday are not considered as working days for the preparation, shippings or deliveries)
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. For purchases over 80 VAT included (or any other quantity noted within a promotion) to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands, the shipping costs will be borne by Fantasy Nails S.L (free shipping is not available for other destinations).
For the purposes of possible claims, any incidents that may exist in the state of merchandise or the packaging upon receipt of your order must be noted on the delivery note of the carrier. Fantasy Nails S.L is not responsible for the deterioration of the merchandise that may occur during transportation. In any case, any claim should be communicated within a maximum period of 24 hours. Otherwise it will be understood that the order has been received in good conditions.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Peninsula: The shipping cost within the peninsula is 5.99€ VAT included. With purchases over 80€ VAT included (or any other quantity noted within a promotion), shipping is paid by Fantasy Nails Europe S.L.
Balearic Islands: The shipping cost to the Balearic Islands is 12,9€ VAT included. With purchases over 80€ VAT included (or any other quantity noted within a promotion), shipping is paid by Fantasy Nails Europe S.L.
Canary Islands*: The shipping cost to the Canary Islands is 20€.
* (Take into account and accept that for shipments to the Canary Islands the parcel service may charge you a certain additional amount for customs clearance costs. The recipient of shipments made to the Canary Islands must cover customs management costs and / or any other import tax).
Rest of Europe (including Ceuta and Melilla) **: The shipping cost depends on the destination country. The system will charge you the corresponding amount. (Check prices if you wish).

AVAILABILITY:
It should be noted that orders will be shipped within the available stock limits. If one of the items ordered is not in stock, we undertake to send you an email to inform you of the deadline in which we can ship your product (s).
RETURNS:
In the event of a return, the customer is obliged to communicate within a period not exceeding 48 hours (after receiving the order) the intention to return the merchandise. We will only accept returns as long as the products have not been opened, are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
The customer will bear the shipping costs of the return and the costs of the new shipping if a replacement is requested.
